Room
Hire
£350.00 |
All Wedding Receptions are subject to a full day room hire charge of £350.00. This charge includes room hire, use of our traditional cake stand and knife on the day, set up and use of the dance floor for dancing, use of our in-house sound system with radio microphones for speeches, provision of background music during the reception, contribution towards music licences and waitress service. | ||

Disco
Hire
£175.00 |
An excellent sound & light show using the most up to date equipment, guaranteed to provide the right mix of music to suit your event. You are welcome to use an alternative disco or entertainer, however, this will be liable to a £50 surcharge. | ||
|
Bar
Included |
The bar is available until midnight at no additional charge. A license extension may be available subject to approval. Bar Tariff, Wine List and Wedding Drinks are available separately on request. Corkage is available at £5.00 per bottle. | ||

Booking
& Payment Terms

To
secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total
value of the function. An invoice will be issued for the remaining balance
21 days prior to the function with payment required 14 days prior to the
function. Any additional amounts will be invoiced separately and must
be paid on the day after the function or by prior arrangement. We are
pleased to accept payment by the following methods:

| We do not accept payment by Diners Club or AMEX/American Express. | |||||||||
| Country Market reserves the right to charge an interest of 2% of the values of an outstanding invoice per month. | |||||||||

Pricing

| All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Prices are fixed from the point of confirmation for a period of 12 months only. Bookings beyond this point may be subject to price increases and the Client will be notified within 6 months of the function. | |||

Final
Numbers
|

| Final numbers are required no less than 14 days prior to the function. Should the numbers decrease after this time no reduction in prices may be made. | |||

Cancellation
Fee

| Should the Client wish to cancel the function the following charges will apply: | |||

Within 6 months of the function 25% of the total value. | ||

Within 2 months of the function 50% of the total value. | ||

Within 3 weeks of the function 100% of the total value | ||

General
Terms & Conditions

| 1. Loss or Damage | ||
| We reserve the right to charge the Client for damage to the property of the Cornucopia or Country Market when damage occurs by any guest or sun-contractor attending their function. Charges will be made for replacement items and any costs incurred. Neither the Cornucopia or Country Market accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guest's property however caused less arising as a legal liability for negligence by the facility or employees. | ||
| 2. Professional Bodies | ||
| The Cornucopia reserves the right to object to the employment by the Client and guests of any photographer, toastmaster, band, musician, disco or other persons in connection with a function with a function and will, without obligation, be pleased to give the benefit of advice or recommendation in this connection. | ||
| 3. Insurance | ||
| Clients are advised to arrange their own insurance for the period of the function. | ||
