As the catering is often the key to a successful event we are happy to discuss your choices and offer any advice or guidance on the best options. The menus shown below are an indication of the popular selections available. | Before the guests have arrived or the meals have been cooked, in fact even before the menus have been selected, we will have gone to great lengths to ensure that the best ingredients are available. All menus are prepared within our own kitchens by our team of skilled chefs. Whenever possible we use seasonal fresh vegetables grown on the farm with natural organic fertilisers.
