Room
Hire,
Dancing/ Entertainment £250.00 |
For a dining function with dancing or additional entertainment there is an additional charge that includes extended use of the facilities until midnight, use of our in-house PA system for speeches, use of the professional dance floor and contribution towards music and entertainment licences. | ||

Room

Bar & Service |
For a dining only function with 50 or more guests there are no additional charges for room hire, service or use of the bar facilities. | ||
|
Disco
Hire
£175.00 |
An excellent sound & light show using the most up-to-date equipment, guaranteed to provide the right mix of music to suit your event. Event organisers are welcome to use an alternative disco or entertainer but will be liable to a £50 surcharge. | ||
|
Non-Catered
Room Hire |
The function room is not available for private or external catering. However, there are circumstances when the facility is available for private hire as a meeting facility, presentation hall etc. subject to availability. More detailed information is available from Country Market or can be found in the Business Services section. | ||
|
Licensed
Bar
|
A fully stocked bar is offered with service at no extra charge until midnight and we have an exclusive selection of fine wines to suit every palate. Bar tariff and wine lists are available on request and with suitable notice we will make every effort to source your favourite tipple. | ||

Entertainment
& Function Services |
We are happy to recommend contacts for a number of reliable services including Master of Ceremonies, Bands, Duos & Light Entertainers. | ||

Booking
& Payment Terms

To
secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total
value of the function. The balance is to be paid 14 days prior to your
function. We are pleased to accept payment by the following methods:

Pricing

| All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Prices are fixed from the point of confirmation for a period of 12 months only. Bookings beyond this point may be subject to price increases and the Client will be notified within 6 months of the function. | |||

Final
Numbers
|

| Final numbers are required no less than 14 days prior to the function. Should the numbers decrease after this time no reduction in prices may be made. | |||

General
Terms & Conditions

| 1. Loss or Damage | ||
| We reserve the right to charge the Client for damage to the property of the Cornucopia or Country Market when damage occurs by any guest or sun-contractor attending their function. Charges will be made for replacement items and any costs incurred. Neither the Cornucopia or Country Market accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guest's property however caused less arising as a legal liability for negligence by the facility or employees. | ||
| 2. Professional Bodies | ||
| The Cornucopia reserves the right to object to the employment by the Client and guests of any photographer, toastmaster, band, musician, disco or other persons in connection with a function with a function and will, without obligation, be pleased to give the benefit of advice or recommendation in this connection. | ||
| 3. Insurance | ||
| Clients are advised to arrange their own insurance for the period of the function. | ||
