| Before the guests have arrived or the meals have been cooked, in fact even before the menus have been selected, we will have gone to great lengths to ensure that the best ingredients are available. All menus are prepared within our own kitchens by our team of skilled chefs. Whenever possible we use seasonal fresh vegetables grown on the farm with natural organic fertilisers. The rolls are made fresh within the craft bakery, as are the cakes and gateaux. The meats are only sourced from good quality local butchers and the coffee is sourced from a local quality coffee importer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
