	The main Conference and Meeting Room is a large rectangular shaped area with two sets of double door access. Well appointed and tastefully decorated the hall is full of rustic features and original oak timbers. Designed with flexibility in mind the room can be adapted to suit any situation making it ideal for conferences, presentations, trade shows, training facilities, large meeting, dinner dances etc. with many superb features as detailed below.
	Room Services & Features Good natural light.   Standby emergency generator with automatic cut-in. Excellent lighting with individual dimmer control for all chandeliers and separate switching for wall lighting.   ISDN telephone line access.   Convenient Telephone, Fax, Photocopy & Shredder facilities. Thermostatic air conditioning and heating systems with remote control.   Easy kitchen access for efficient buffet or table service. Two wide access points, both with Stannah stair lifts.   An excellent banquet room when used in combination with the reception area which offers a fully Licensed Bar until midnight on request. In-house Electrovoice stereo sound system with radio microphones (Lapel & Handheld).   Excellent electrical point access. 6 x double 13A (240V) sockets.

	Main Conference & Meeting Room Layout
	The Main Function Hall measures 72 feet long by 22 feet wide. It seats 130 people in banquet style, 140 people in theatre style and 70 people in board room style.
